Threw all the long practice,the hard practices,the easy practices,the fights and arguements and plenty good times,we've
had a clean sweaping year with all 1st places!
*The story of this year*
As practices first began we only had them on
wednsdays,we grew into out 6am saturday practices then into 6am-noon marathon practices,thats right everyone,we had 2 practices
a week,we all had our ups and downs,very downs,our shows where nothing could go right,yes we were ginxed with out luck,but
we dont need like "we got skill" so with no luck wiht our mat gettin socked and ruined,our gym that floods,our trailor that
breaks and lack of help,we have mangaed to pull of something increadable!
and with our scores at the end of the season
we managed to accomplish a 85.? score at championships which would be our alltime high for the season! starting off with a
55.? at our first competion, then 59.? and we completely skipped the 60's and peaked too early in the season with a 71.? then
our fights and conflicts started affecting us as we continued to drop in score from week to week to week, UNTIL that is our
home show came,we boosted back up to a 73.? in amazment! and so we went from there everyone,then we jumped to a 83.?....now
come championships,a hard day with a missing member and having tp fill her solo,,having to perfom in an ice arena so of course
we were freezing,lets not forget the nasty what carpet/turff stuff we had to lay our mat down on,it deff couldnt get more
frusterationg right?WRONG! we sat back and watched our 2 highest competitors do great,much better then we precieved ourselfs
as,but when the scores came we learned that we didnt do taht bad,,another first,and for six of us in eclipse it would be our
last,as 6 seniors(including me) had to walk out smiling (i mean how couldnt we,we have gold metals around our necks) and say
goodbye! BUT is it really?who knows who may return next year with this guard or another guard as several move away!we'll jsuth
ave to wait and see folks but until then! WAAAHOOO WE WON WE WON WOOT WOOT! (so i gotta brag who cares,the finger lakes guard
hates us,,,DANG who cares,,,we seen them talkin bout us,,,hahah we talk to ladies and gent's dont you forget)
